I've got a few fun, simple and fabulous layouts today from Design Team Members Laura, Linda and Shannon.
Enjoy!
Other: American Crafts brads and pen, Colorbox ink
...on the EDGE by Linda Harrison
Supplies:
Jillbean Soup
Patterned Paper: Split Pea Collection/Green Peas, Chicken Stock
Bean Stalks: Orange Polka Dot and Red/Black Ribbon (Twine)
Alphabeans: Bean Brown
Bean Seeds: Harvest Medium and Spring Fling Small
other: Diecut Letters: Quickutz, Cardstock: Bazzill, Chipboard Stars: Heidi Swapp, Brads: Making Memories, Button: Basic Grey, Font: ErasDemiITC
Designer Note: For this layout, I cut the large star out of a sheet of the patterned paper and used it for the main embellishment on the page. I followed the theme by adding a few chipboard stars that I secured to the layout with silver brads. I wanted the main part of the title to look like part of the 'edge' of the light green cardstock, so I used diecut letters to create that part of the title and tucked them up under the cardstock matte. I adhered the star onto the layout with foam squares so that I could easily tuck the photos, ribbon and journal strips underneath. I finished the star with some felt flowers, twine and one button.

Designer Note: These photos were originally on 2 different layouts that I had started years ago and never finished. I love that I could pull them off and create just one layout with them. I simply trim them to form a collage on white cardstock.
