Lisa has a fun, eclectic style that always has little touches that pull together her projects.
She does this in this layout with the pops of the color red that she pulls from her dog's collar in the photos. She used red hand stitching and a hand cut title to add just enough of the bright color to create a lot of interest.

Flower Pot card by Lisa Dickinson
Supplies:
Jillibean Soup
Patterned paper: Minestrone/Sliced Leek, Thin Zucchini and Olive Oil
Bean Seeds: Small and Large Spring Fling Seeds
Bean Stalks: Green/Brown
cardstock (Bazzill Basics)
rhinestones (Me & My Big Ideas)
font (DJ Fancy, downloaded from web)
embroidery floss (DMC)
toothpick & wire
To make flower pot: Cut a trapezoid shape from patterned paper, leaving 1/8 "extra on the right & left edge. Fold this 1/8" under to make a tab on each edge. Attach twill tape to top edge using foam adhesive. Apply glue to the tabs on edges of pot and gently bend paper when adhering it to white cardstock, making the pot appear rounded.
