Greetings from Myrtle Beach - still here! Sad to go home tomorrow. The girls are loving boogie boarding!
The May Challenge was all about buttons. I'm excited to share some of their projects with you!

Designer Note: My 4-year-old had a special "Donuts with Dads" before preschool one day and on that day they did an interview with each of the kids asking questions about their dad. They also had them draw a picture of their dad and I included these things on this layout with pictures of Aimee and her daddy on a recent family vacation.
Water Wars by Summer Fullerton
Summer used a great mix of Epoxy Buttons on her layout. Summer shared her layout with me and noted: a way to save time when sewing buttons - stitch them all at once without tying each one individually.
Jillibean Soup
Patterned Paper: Coconut Lime Soup/Straw Mushrooms and Neopolitan Bean Bisque/Balsamic Vinegar
Pea Pods: Neopolitan Bean Bisque
Alpha Beans: Roma Red
Corrugated Sheets: Brown
Epoxy Buttons: Game Day Chili, Coconut Lime Soup and Neopolitan Bean Bisque
Kraft Accessories: Medium Tags
Other: Bazzill Cardstock, Basic Grey Brad, White DMC Floss and Silhouette Cutting System
Thinking about You card by Nicole Nowosad
Nicole used lots of different Jillibean buttons on her card. Love the heart and how it's the focus of the card!
Jillibean Soup:
Papers: Apple Cheddar Soup/ Dried thyme, Homemade 6 Bean Soup/Pinto Beans
Stamps: Card Sentiments by Unity/Jillibean Soup
Corrugated Shapes: Heart
Cool Beans: Typography, Vintage, Wood flower, Orchard, Christmas
Epoxy buttons: Game Day Chili
Die Cut Stickers: Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup
Twine: Red/Brown
**designer note: I used the corrugated shape to trace a heart on the front of the card, and then cut it out. The corrugated heart was layered with the paper and then a variety of Jillibean buttons sew onto it. The heart was then attached to the inside of the card base **
