Hello Friday!!!

Hope you're having a great week and have some fun plans for the weekend!  We start school on Monday so we have some last minute shopping to do.  I remember when I was a kid, I loved school shopping.  We didn't get clothes other than on Christmas and new clothes for school so it was such a treat!

I've got some news and updates for everyone!

First up... this is a friendly reminder that we are having a Design Team Call right now!  We've received several fantastic submissions already.  If you would like to apply, you still have time!

Second,  did you see some of Kimber's sneak peeks for the September Card Kitchen kit?  This is perfect for our birthday celebration (read below)...

Next, the natives have told me that we totally missed our June sketch winner!!!!  I apologize for this!  We were in the midst of CHA in July so it must have got lost in the chaos.  My apologies to all those that worked with the sketch!

Happy Monday everyone!  Hope that you all had a fabulous weekend.  We wrapped up the Iowa State Fair.  Unfortunatley, or fortunately, I missed this year's latest and greatest food on a stick.  It was a double bacon corn dog.  What's that you ask?  Why it is a hot dog with bacon wrapped around it and then dipped in a batter with more bacon.  I was highly considering it until I saw the loooooooonnnnnnnngggggg line.  At least I save myself a bazillion calories on that one!
