Hello Jillibean Soup fans! Melanie here today to share a travel themed mini album I created using only the Bite Size Bits paper from the Sightseeing Stew Collection. The Bite Size Bits are not only good to use on layouts, life album spreads, and cards, but they also make wonderful mini albums. This mini album came together very quickly. I wanted to recap a trip to NYC with my husband, but I didn't have much time to do the album. This is where the Bite Size Bits paper came in very handy. I simply cut the 3 x 4 cards and layered them with my pictures, which I mostly kept to the same size or smaller.
Embellishing this mini album was fun and quick. I used the Pea Pod Parts and coordinating stickers. By using coordinating embellishments, I think that I cut my design time in half. The Bite Size Bits are also ideal for adding journaling, which I've done on some of the cards. I used my electric typewriter to do the journaling, since my 3 x 4 cards were already cut to size. I simply adhered the cards to cardstock and was able to run it through the typewriter and it works great.
