It's never too late to create a beautiful calendar project. I love how Juliana used a mix of the popular Pasta Fagoili and some of the new Dutch Mustard Soup. This proves, yet again, all the Jillibean Soup lines can be mixed and matched. I LOVE that about our products!
Also, check out the leaves on the top. SO cool how Juliana used the twine to give them texture.
Wooden Block Calendar by Juliana Michaels
Jillibean Soup Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Pasta Fagioli/Clove Fresh Garlic, Romano Cheese, Meatballs, Shell Macaroni, Blended Beans; Dutch Mustard Soup/Creme Fraiche, Whole Grain Mustard, Gruyere Cheese, Cornstarch
Corrugated Alphas: Kraft, White
Corrugated Shapes: Flowers
Bean Stalks: Multi Stripe Ribbon, Stars Ribbon
Cool Beans: Brown
Other Supplies: Wooden Calendar by Hobby Lobby, Font Bernard MT Condensed
Designer Tip: I created my own version of the new Bean Blossoms using Bean Stalks, Cool Beans and Corrugated Shapes. I covered a piece of chipboard that I had cut into a circle and three leaf shapes with double sided adhesive. I then adhered the twine in the patterned I desired. I finished off the flower by adding the corrugated flower and button with my hot glue gun.
Have a good one!
This is fantastic, Juliana, and those leaves SO cool!
