The Tombow runner can be used as a traditional runner to apply adhesive.
It can also be used to 'stamp' adhesive on your paper. This is great for just needed a small amount in a specific place.

Wonderful cards today. I like the ribbon effect on the birthday hat and love that you can stamp the Tombow adhesive.
