Happy Thursday! Today is the first day of the Iowa State Fair And, in case you're coming, here's the all the newly served food on-a-stick: Shrimp Corndog, Strawberry Smoothie, Bacon Wrapped Riblet, Sweet Corn Corndog, Deep Fried Brownie, Coconut Mountain, Rib Shack Cowboy and Soft Salted Chocolate-Dipped Almond Pretzel. I'm thinking about the Coconut Mountain....whatever that is. I just know that I hardly ever fix things with coconut because nobody else in my family likes it. I'll let you know if it's any good:) But for now, it's layout time!

I was at the Iowa State Fair yesterday! Maybe we even crossed paths :). My favorite treats (nothing new, but old favorites) were the pork chop on a stick and the peppermint bar at Bauders--yummmmmmmm!
