Creating a Seasonal Mix the Media Home Decor Piece

Hello Jillibean Soup friends! Marcia here today. Do you decorate for Christmas before or after Thanksgiving? Whether you are an early decorator or a last minute one, you are going to love this!

Did you know you can buy Jillibean Soup cut or print files in their JBS Design Studio Etsy store? You can print these at home and frame them for a last minute gifts or if you just need to add something to a corner here or there. I printed a file called Merry Christmas Vintage Car onto printable burlap. I love the texture of the burlap!

You can find printable burlap at Walmart in the Arts and Crafts department. The brand I used is from  Creative Essentials and is 8.5" x 11". I also found it online at Amazon. You can even iron freezer paper onto normal burlap so that you can feed it through your printer.

I wanted to add a little dimension to my print and thought it would be cool to stamp a wreath to adhere to the car's grill. I found the perfect size wreath in the Barn Door Stamp and Die set. I stamped my wreath onto green cardstock using VersaMark ink and cut it out using the coordinating die. A few red Stickles adds a festive touch.
