Hi Jillibean Soup friends, it’s Jaclyn here to share a layout I created from a page sketch I drafted in Silhouette’s Studio Software. I’ve based my sketch on an 8.5 x 11 page design, but it could easily be modified for a 12 x 12 page or even the basis for a card design. Here’s a look at the sketch:
This design features a large, bold title that is justified along the right edge of the focal point photo. Here’s a look at how I interpreted the sketch for my page:
I cut the main portion of my title from white cardstock, layering three versions of each letter atop of one another to create more presence. The title is finished off with a Jillibean Soup script foam word sticker, which was originally white in color. In order to customize this portion of the title, I covered the foam word in Versamark ink and embossed it with gold embossing powder. The title is underlined with a cluster of Pea Pod Part die cuts, stickers and epoxy shapes.
I finished of the design with another small cluster embellishments in the upper left corner of the photo, for added balance and movement.
