Happy Monday Friends! I hope you are having a fantastic day. This is Maryám and today I am here to share with you a Christmas themed project.
The idea behind this project was to document the things I wish for Christmas this year, so I immediately thought about creating a big envelope to put my Wish List on along with a photo of myself. And that is pretty much what I did!
With the help of my envelope punch board, I created an envelope from pink textured cardstock and then using some color coordinating embroidery thread I stitch all the way around the border. Once I finished the envelope, I cut a piece of cardstock of about 5 x 4” inches, put my Christmas wishes on, and took the piece and put it inside the envelope.
To embellish the page, I hand stitched some Christmas trees using one of the Jillibean Soup cut files as a template, created some layered poinsettias, and finally added some sequins, jewels, and wood veneer stars.
