Hey friends Erica here with you today for another Tuesday Tutorial post! Make sure to stick around to the very end to check out my process video! Have you ever used a monogram on a project? How about using a monogram on a scrapbook page? Well today I want to share how I created a layout using a monogram to highlight our sweet Alyssa Danielle!
I used the Skinny Alpha Letter set from the Silhouette Design store that you can find HERE! I love this alpha set and it can be used it so many ways! Stay tuned for more using this cut file but for today we are just using the letter A.
I have 4 photos of our sweet & sassy Alyssa Danielle when she was younger and would still let me do her hair. I printed my photos in black and white and created two photo strips. I used the You Make Miso Happy collection to back the A cut file and also to embellish my layout.
For some added texture I used my sewing machine to add some stitching around the letter A. The floral pea pod parts in the You Make Miso Happy collection are my favorite part of this collection and I love tucking them around my photos to embellish layouts.
Here is a look at my completed layout! I hope you will also check out the process video for my layout. If you are not yet subscribed to the Jillibean Soup YouTube channel make sure you head on over and subscribe. There is so much inspiration from the team you will not want to miss a video!
