Have you ever considered layering frames inside one another for a thicker-looking frame and more dimension? It's really quite easy to layer frames. And here's an example of how to do so. In this project, Jill first filled the frame center with pattern paper. She then glued a second piece of pattern paper to the inside of a smaller frame and added foam stickers. She glued the smaller frame to the center of the larger frame, and the layered frame looks amazing:
